Production Certificate
To work in the Production KSeF environment, you need a certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance or a qualified electronic seal.
Required Files​

How to Import​
- Go to the Certificates section.
- Click Add Certificate (the + button).
- Select the certificate file.
- Select the private key file.
- Provide the key password (if the key is encrypted).
- Click Import.
Security
The private key is encrypted before being saved in the database. Never share your private key file with third parties.
Verification​
After the import, the application will display:
- Subject Name from the certificate.
- Tax ID (NIP) read from the certificate.
- Expiration Date — certificates past this date will be marked as expired.
- Environment — the certificate is assigned to the selected environment.
KSeF Authorization​
Once the production certificate is imported, go to Company Settings and click the Authorize in KSeF button to establish a production session.
