Supplier Search

The application allows you to search for company data by Tax ID (NIP) in the GUS/BIR register (REGON Internet Database).

tip

The quality of the retrieved data depends on the environment you are using. For KSeF Test and Demo environments, the test GUS/BIR register is searched. The full production register is only accessed when using the Production environment.

How to Search

1. Go to the Contractors section in the side menu.
2. Enter the Tax ID (NIP) of the company you are looking for in the search field.
3. Click Search or press Enter.
4. The results will be displayed in the table.

Data from the GUS Register

The following information is displayed for a found entity:

• Company name.
• Address (street, number, postal code, city).
• REGON number.
• Entity type (natural person / legal entity).
• Business activity status.
• Voivodeship, county, and commune.

Adding to Favorites

Click the star icon ⭐ next to a found contractor to add them to your favorites list. Favorite contractors are available in the invoice creator when selecting a buyer.

Editing a Contractor

After adding a contractor to your favorites, you can edit their details:

• Click the context menu (⋮) and select Edit.
• Update the address details, bank account number, email, or phone number.
• Click Save.
