First Login

After your first login, the application displays a setup wizard that guides you through three steps:

Step 1: Company NIP

1. Enter your company's NIP (10 digits)
2. Select the KSeF environment (test / demo / production)
3. Click Search GUS — the app will automatically fetch the company name from the registry

For learning and testing purposes, select the Test environment. You can switch environments later in settings.

Step 2: Certificate

You have two options:

• Generate a test certificate — one click (test environment only)
• Import a certificate — upload a certificate file (.pem/.cer) and private key

Details in the Certificates section.

Step 3: Done

After completing the wizard, you'll be redirected to the main application dashboard.
