Delete Account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so in the Settings section.

Deletion Process

1. Go to Company Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
3. Optionally, enter a comment with your reason for deleting the account.
4. Type the confirmation phrase: DELETE ACCOUNT
5. Click the Delete account button.

What will be deleted

Deleting your account results in the permanent removal of:

• ✅ All certificates
• ✅ Company settings
• ✅ Saved invoices (synchronized)
• ✅ Synchronization metadata
• ✅ Product catalog
• ✅ Favorite contractors list
• ✅ User account (auth)

tip

Invoices sent to KSeF remain in the Ministry of Finance system — they are not deleted.

Warning

This operation is irreversible. Once the account is deleted, there is no way to recover the data.

After Deletion

Upon successful deletion of your account, you will be automatically logged out. You may create a new account later, but previous data will not be restored.
