Terms of Service of the "Fast KSeF" Service
1. General Provisions​
- The Fast KSeF service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") is an IT tool designed to facilitate interaction with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
- The Operator of the Service is Sci Software Sławomir Cichy.
- Use of the Service requires acceptance of these Terms of Service. Logging into the Service (via Google, Microsoft, or a local account) is equivalent to confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Environment Types and User Responsibility​
- The Service provides access to three KSeF environments: Test, Demo, and Prod (production).
- Mandatory Condition: The User agrees to conduct full testing of invoice issuance correctness in the Test or Demo environment before proceeding to issue invoices in the Production environment.
- The User bears full and exclusive responsibility for the content, substantive correctness, and tax-legal consequences of invoices sent to the KSeF system.
- The Operator is not responsible for:
- Tax settlement errors resulting from the User incorrectly filling in invoice fields.
- Rejection of invoices by the Ministry of Finance system for reasons attributable to the User or government system outages.
- The User's lack of knowledge regarding tax law regulations.
3. Business Model and Service Access​
- Currently, access to the Service is free of charge.
- The Operator reserves the right to change the business model after 12 months from the Service launch date (pilot period). After this time, the Operator will decide to:
- Continue providing the service for free.
- Introduce paid subscription plans (to cover infrastructure maintenance costs).
- Terminate the service in the event of insufficient market interest.
- Users will be informed of planned changes to the payment model or service termination 30 days in advance via email.
4. Marketing Consents and Advertisements​
- The free nature of the service is directly linked to the acceptance of displayed advertising content.
- The User consents to:
- The display of advertisements within the Service interface.
- Receiving commercial information electronically (to the email address used for login) regarding the Operator's own products and those of Trusted Partners.
- The processing of activity data within the Service to personalize displayed advertising content.
- Withdrawing marketing consents may require switching to a paid subscription plan or deleting the account.
5. Security and Logging In​
- The Service enables logging in via external providers (Google, Microsoft). The Operator does not store passwords for these services.
- The User is responsible for the security of their access data and for the authorization of KSeF access tokens (qualified signatures, seals, Ministry of Finance tokens).
6. Personal Data​
- The rules for processing personal data are described in a separate document — Privacy Policy.
7. Final Provisions​
- The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms of Service. Users will be informed of any changes 14 days in advance via email.
- For matters not covered by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- These Terms of Service come into effect on the day of publication.
