Bank Account Verification
The service integrates with the VAT Taxpayers White List (Ministry of Finance API) to verify the bank account numbers of contractors.
What is the White List​
The White List is a public register of VAT taxpayers maintained by the Head of the National Revenue Administration (KAS). It contains, among other things, bank account numbers reported to the tax office.
Automatic Verification​
Bank account verification occurs automatically in two places:
- Company Settings — when entering your own company's bank account number.
- Contractor Edition — when entering a contractor's bank account number.
Verification Results​

| âś… Green | The account is present on the White List |
| ⚠️ Yellow | Account not found (it might not be reported) |
| ❌ Red | Verification error |
Important
Payments exceeding 15,000 PLN to an account not listed on the White List may result in the inability to include the expenditure as a tax-deductible cost and joint liability for VAT.
Data from the White List​
In addition to account verification, the API returns:
- Full name of the taxpayer
- VAT status (active / exempt / unregistered)
- A list of all reported bank accounts
