Send to KSeF
Requirements​
Before sending an invoice, ensure that:
- ✅ You have an active KSeF session (green icon in the side panel).
- ✅ Company data (seller) is completed in Settings.
- ✅ The invoice has passed validation (summary step with no errors).
Submission Process​
- In the invoice creator, go to Step 5 (Submission).
- Click the Send to KSeF button.
- Wait for the response — the application will display:
- ✅ KSeF Number — the unique invoice identifier.
- ✅ Status — confirmation of acceptance.
After Submission​
Upon successful submission:
- The invoice will appear on the invoice list after synchronization.
- The next invoice number will be automatically incremented.
- You can issue another invoice or return to the list.
Submission Errors​
Most common causes of errors:

| Session expired | KSeF token has become invalid | Click Authorize in KSeF in settings |
| Validation error | The XML does not pass KSeF validation | Check the data in the summary step |
| Network error | No connection to the KSeF server | Check your connection and try again |
tip
If the session expires during submission, the application will automatically attempt to renew the token.
